What is Fitness?
It means being fit both mentally and physically. Fitness is a major concern of today’s generation. One in ten people suffers from the major problem of obesity, hypertension, high blood pressure and all kinds of cardiovascular disease due to a sedentary lifestyle. The word fitness means different to every individual. Fitness doesn’t state that you are a marathon or you can do 100 pull-ups at a time. Fitness is first and foremost about feeling good, elated and getting around more with a smile, not with pain. True fitness is feeling healthy, eating healthier and being more personalized about the weight and figure in accordance with one’s particular basal metabolic rate.
Maintaining a good level of fitness one should aspire to build up. Fitness should include cardio muscle building, fat loss, stretching and flexibility.
Yoga has become more beneficial in developing mental peace, balancing hormonal levels and spirituality benefits too. Bringing to light how these focus on being more fit.
1. Cardio
This indicates how well our body can fuel up and burn fat. They help in maintaining good heart health. These includes

2. Muscle building

4. Strengthening & Stretching
What does strengthening mean?
The ability of muscles to stretch during the time of physical activity. There are numerous ways to measure body strength like pushing or lifting certain kilograms of weight. In general, if a muscle is worked regularly and rigorously the muscles strengthen.

Flexibility is the movement of joints. It includes the tightness of ligaments and tendons. Stretching that provides flexibility are of many types and yoga is one of the greatest possible forms. Yoga not only provides flexibility it has various other ways of improving health spiritually and mentally. A daily stretching routine can help improve body health a lot.
